A Spooky Dinner

We had worms, guts, snot, blood, and brains for dinner last night!  It was Spoooooooky!
The bubbly blood! The girls bought it! Being a parent is so much fun! They were so intrigued...  

It was some seriously powerful stuff...

Okay okay, you got me... it's really cool aid and dry ice...

When I was making these Rachel came in and said, "What's that Mom?"
I told her I picked my nose and threw all my boogers in the pudding. 
You should have seen the look on her face!

Worms!

It took her like ten minutes to take a bite. Even after all the reassuring that it was only spaghetti noodles!

Like I said- ten minutes! I can already tell Christmas is going to be WAY fun this year!

Brains!

Maggie enjoyed her snot and didn't even think twice before taking a bite...
 You can't fool this baby!

She even slurped up the brains!!!

"Rachel, do you want to try some brains?"
"No No No, not me Mom"
haha!

Can you tell I had a blast with this dinner?

Even afterwards, Rachel was still inspecting the blood (cool aid).... 
This morning during breakfast she said, "I'm not drinking any blood Mommy."
"Okay sweetie, more for me!"
