"Mothers, cherish that role that is so uniquely yours and for which heaven itself sends angels to watch over you and your little ones. Yours is the work of salvation, and therefore you will be magnified, compensated, made more than you are, better than you are, and better than you have ever been. And if, for whatever reason, you are making this courageous effort alone, without your husband at your side, then our prayers will be all the greater for you."
-Jeffery R. Holland

"Recognize that the joy of motherhood comes in moments. There will be hard times and frustrating times. But amid the challenges, there are shining moments of joy and satisfaction."
-Russell M. Ballard

"So how do you raise a girl? Love her mother."
-Elaine S. Dalton

"There is no one perfect way to be a good mother."
-Elder Russell M. Ballard

"Motherhood is more than bearing children, though it is certainly that. It is the essence of who we are as women. It defines our very identity, our divine stature and nature, and the unique traits our Father gave us."
-Sister Sheri Dew

"Motherhood is not a hobby, it's a calling. You do not collect children because you find them cuter than stamps. It is not something to do if you can squeeze the time in. It is what God gave you time for."
-Elder Neal L. Anderson

"When I was a little girl there were many things I dreamed of being when I grew up. To me, the possibilities were endless and adventure was calling my name! I wanted to be the first female professional baseball player, an astronaut, a pilot, a dolphin trainer...
but now all I want to be, all that matters to me, the thing I can't get enough of...
is being a Momma."

Life comes at us pretty darn fast sometimes. I have been blessed by my Rachel, my mother and Nana who live with an unbreakable faith in our Savior, Jesus Christ. They each know how to fix broken things and demonsrate unconditional love. So, you too, Sugarbear, come from a long line of this kind of love. Pop
