Every once in a while someone would ask me how old Rachel was when she started walking. This would be when I said, "7 1/2 months". Most of the time the person would say something like, "No way, that's just crazy!" followed by this funny look on their face. I don't really know how to describe it, it's just a "I don't think so" kind of look. This look drives me crazy because there's no contending it. It's just there! So, this time I have proof. Maggie also took her first step at 7 1/2 months, and now at 8 months she is a full fledged walker. What can I say, my girls are go-getters at this walking thing!
I'm in a vintagey mood today...
Are you going to stand up? No Mama, I think I'll just sit here and look cute...
hehe...
Baby Monster on the loose!
I LOVE her big smile!
Both my girls love getting roughed up by their Daddy...
Now off to teach that noodle a lesson...
Alright, now you can all wipe that funny look off your face.
Thanks.

Awesome! Your girls are GREAT! So precious!! Good luck trying to keep up! ;)
Okay, the fat rolls are just the best!! And that smile melts my heart! You are a lucky mom indeed!
Wow, my kids are the opposite of yours. Mine are the ones who are fifteen months and not walking yet. It must be really hard to have them walking so early (they can always get in more trouble).
Wow! That really is incredible. Never a dull moment, I'm sure! Way to go Maggie!
That really is CRAZY to me...mostly because my daughter has had NO interest in crawling/walking until just recently at 14 1/2 months! [she just barely has been taking her first steps]I think our girls are on opposite extremes, but she is SO dang cute on the move. Such cute girls you have.
Ok, Jessica....random question:: How did you get the collage at the top of y'alls blog... just wondering...maybe you can email me with directions or something...unless it's with a crazy program or something. It's adorable and I'm thinking of making one for mine, but I have NO idea how. :)
SOOOO adorable Jess!!
Your girls are AMAZING! I love your pictures, too! I am definitely going to need to take some for me once I have this baby! You are getting so good!
I love Maggie's chubs especially those little legs! The two weeks you and the girls were here I got to watch Lil'Maggie learn how to walk. She is a little inspiration to me. She started out standing up then falling. Then standing up and taking a step and falling. Then another time she would stand bump her head then fall. Every time she would keep on getting up and trying again and again. Sometimes she would need a hug but then she went right back to trying to walk again. Now she is a full fledged walking machine or baby monster might be better. Lil’Maggie has inspired me to keep getting up even when you fall and bump your head. Never, never, never give up!!—Maggie showed us all how to do it! Love ya'll lots and lots, Mom
Looooooove it!! She is adorable!! & here hair flower is SUPER cute! I bet you made it as well. WOW! Better baby proof EVERYTHING, huh?! Love you TONS!
I believe that Rach walked that early! She has some determined, bright parents, so why wouldn't she get walking as soon as she could?? And Maggie, too!
That Maggie, by the way? She's beautiful, Jess. Beautiful.
