This is my first try at a photography session. I only got off automatic settings a few times... I'm still trying to figure this whole DSLR thing out, but I think it turned out pretty good. I did edit a couple of these with photoshop... just a few tweeks.
What do you think? Do I have a shot at this?

They look great! What kind of camera are you using? I wish I could find someone to practice on. I guess I could look a little harder, but I'm a little nervous.
thanks Britney and Jeni! Britney- I was really nervous too... if all fails just switch to auto, gain back some confidence, and then try manual again. I'm using a Nikon D90. Good Luck! If I have trouble figuring stuff out can I ask you? It's nice to be in the same boat, maybe we can learn from each other!
